Dr. Michael O'Leary is a Senior Lecturer in the Education Department at St Patrick's College. He holds a B.Ed. from St Patrick’s College, an M.Ed from Trinity College and a PhD in Educational Research and Measurement from Boston College. The main focus of his research is on assessment at the classroom, national and international levels. Michael has had research articles published in Ireland, Britain and the US.
